Shipping & Returns
Shipping Time — Typically any order placed by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time is shipped the same day , provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping and processing availability on Saturday and Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vapor Crux LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely matter to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Priority/Ground Shipping is a expedited service from USPS/FedEx. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
Customs, Duties, VAT(Value-added tax)
Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Vapor Crux LLC and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them.
Missing and Delayed shipments
We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package or delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for First Class parcels to international destinations.
Vapor Crux LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state, a 6.0% sales tax charge on all sales in the state of Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other states, the customer is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vapor Crux LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Our online store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our online store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping charges are applied to your credit card at the time of shipping. Rates are those of the USPS/FedEx for Priority/Ground and upon request, Express delivery.

Please read and acknowledge our warranty and return policy.
For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, please contact us via our RETURN DEPARTMENT to help find a solution.
Products that are functional, not sold by Vapor Crux LLC, and determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.
Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vapor Crux LLC are not eligible for exchange.
Use our RETURN DEPARTMENT to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Disposable e-cigarette kits are not eligible for exchange or refund unless DOA and a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) is submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please use our RETURN DEPARTMENT if you feel you have received a DOA disposable e-cigarette.
Cartridges and Atomizer
Atomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final for these products.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure:
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a similar product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund at our discretion.
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for all e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Vapor Crux LLC resulting in the receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after receiving your order.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 3 days from the date you have received your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival, and if you feel there is an error please submit a request through our RETURN DEPARTMENT and instructions will be provided once a request is submitted.
Multiple Product Orders:
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for all products at the time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase invoice if an order is split into multiple shipments.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Vapor Crux LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses of the products were specifically stated by Vapor Crux LLC
You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from Vapor Crux LLC
Vapor Crux LLC will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Vapor Crux LLC
Products sold by Vapor Crux LLC have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease.
Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers of Vapor Crux LLC or associated websites do not represent the opinion of Vapor Crux LLC or its employees or representatives.

-NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS OR CARTOMIZERS.
-EXCHANGED PRODUCTS/PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PRODUCTS/PARTS ARE RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED.
-SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PRODUCTS/PARTS RETURNED TO Vapor Crux LLC.
-THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS/PARTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS/PARTS UPON ARRIVAL. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER THE PRODUCTS/PARTS WERE TESTED OR NOT.
